Septic pumping, repair & lagoon upgrades across Brevard County
Routine pumping to full ATU upgrades — scheduled by us, performed by Florida-registered, insured septic contractors. Grant-eligible work handled start to finish.
The one thing every Brevard septic owner should know
By July 2030, most Brevard septic systems must connect to sewer or upgrade.
Brevard's grant program covers up to $20,000 per home toward a connection or upgrade, with a minimum award of $6,000 for eligible parcels. The money is finite and the deadline is fixed.

What we do
Six things, done properly
Septic tank pumping
$300–$500
The cheapest thing you can do for a system, and the one most often skipped.
DetailsDrain field repair
$5,000–$15,000; mound or elevated fields at the top of that range
Diagnosis before replacement — most fields fail for a reason worth finding.
DetailsInspections
$150–$550 (higher end includes pumping); ATU inspections $350–$600
For a sale, a refinance, or knowing where you stand. Report the same day.
DetailsATU upgrades
$10,000–$20,000 installed, before grant
The nitrogen-reducing unit the grants pay toward, and its service contract.
DetailsEmergency service
Backing up, overflowing, or standing water over the field.
DetailsEverything else
Locating, cleaning, lift stations, filters and the odd jobs in between.
DetailsWhy here is different
Your drain field needs dry soil beneath it. Brevard doesn't always have any.
Brevard sits on sand over a shallow water table that rises sharply from June through October. When it does, fields that worked all winter stop taking water, and a tank that's overdue has no buffer left.
That pattern is behind most of the calls we take, and it is largely avoidable: pump on schedule, and know whether your field was sized for the wet season or the dry one.
